Trinity Reformed Church became a church of the Presbyterian Church in America last Sunday evening (7/14/19). We had a lovely time of worship. The organization service included the installation of Michael Flager, Brian Prunty, and Rob MacLaughlin as ruling elders. Zach Kruis was installed as a teaching elder of the PCA and pastor of Trinity Reformed. The church was formally “particularized” as a church of the PCA.
This is a change that has been well over a year in coming. Many hours of prayer, deliberation, study, and examination lead up to this event. We are excited to join with our brothers and sisters in the PCA, as we labor together in gospel ministry. It is God’s design for his church that local congregations be organically connected, working together, encouraging each other, and keeping one another accountable as the body of Christ. It is a great privilege to have the opportunity to live out God’s design.
